President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will travel to Katsina State on Friday for a two-day official visit, according to a statement released by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.

The President’s agenda includes high-level discussions on security with key stakeholders, as well as the inauguration of new infrastructure projects.

“During the visit, the President will meet with key stakeholders to assess the security situation in the state,” Onanuga said.

In addition, Tinubu is scheduled to commission the Katsina Agricultural Mechanized Centre and a newly constructed 24KM dual carriageway, both projects completed under Governor Dikko Umar Radda’s administration.

The trip will conclude with the President attending the wedding ceremony of the governor’s daughter before his return to Abuja.

“President Tinubu will also honour an invitation to attend the wedding of the governor’s daughter before returning to Abuja,” Onanuga added.
