President Bola Tinubu has announced key appointments to revitalize the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre (CLTC), bringing in fresh expertise to drive its mandate.

Ms. Rinsola Abiola, a seasoned strategic communication and government relations specialist, takes the helm as Director-General. The presidential spokesman, Bayo Onanuga, noted her prior role as Senior Special Assistant to the President positioned her well for this leadership transition.

In a complementary move, Nasir Bala Aminu Ja’oji joins the administration as Senior Special Assistant on Citizenship and Leadership. The Kano-born development advocate brings governance experience from his tenure as Special Adviser on Mobilisation to the Kano State Governor and leadership in youth empowerment initiatives through the Coordinated Arewa Youth Groups.

The dual appointments signal the administration’s focus on strengthening national values and leadership development through the strategic CLTC platform.

Both appointees are expected to assume their roles immediately.
